3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Course Enrollment and Access

4.1 Course Availability

5. Payment and Fees

One-to-one discussion sessions:

• Require advance payment of ₹4,000 per session
• Must be scheduled at mutually agreeable times
• Include recording and resource materials
• Are subject to instructor availability

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment through:

• Credit/debit cards (Indian banks)
• Net banking
• UPI payments
• Digital wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and other content are:

• Owned by AlgoNest or licensed to us
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• Provided for your personal use only
• Not to be reproduced, distributed, or sold

6.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content (questions, comments, reviews), you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license
• Represent that you have the right to share such content
• Allow us to use content for service improvement
• Retain ownership of your original content

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
